  1. Jeep delivers on 4Xe production! Assy. vid.

Have you taken the test recently??
  2. Jeep delivers on 4Xe production! Assy. vid.

Who care who owns it now. Anyway, almost all auto manufactures have parts from all over the world (they all out source parts from all over). The new generation of Jeep JL has come a long ways from the old days when it was part of original Chrysler. It has a lot better design and creature...
  3. $2000 off Invoice on October Bronco Reservations at Granger Ford

Up to $100 doc fee if x-plan would apply by Ford. Those dealers claiming they offer x-plan can charge whatever because they are basically giving the equivalent discount on their own, so it depends on the dealer what they will charge for doc fee in that case (not governed by Ford partnership...
  4. New ? Is it Lightning Blue or Velocity Blue?

whatever blue you want to call it, but it would only look good with a white top. Too ugly with a gray top.
  5. Jeep delivers on 4Xe production! Assy. vid.

Love it!! Thanks for the video. Jeep's been able to come up with so many engine offerings and now a hybrid/electric. Next will be a fully electric version while Ford is trying to decide on colors. Ford can't even get a website to work right where people are supposed to play with the build...
  6. Jeep delivers on 4Xe production! Assy. vid.

It's designed and built right here in the USA by your own countrymen. Who cares who the giant parent company is. Ford is also all over Europe. People are just stuck with their head in a name. Nothing is designed or built completely in America, but few smaller companies.
  7. Washington State: What dealer are you using?

"three strikes and we don't get any more". I kinda chuckled and said "well I wouldn't want you to get a strike because of me". The Rep claimed they had over 75 orders switched to them because they were so up front with everybody.:D:LOL::ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO...
  8. I guess it's mopar or no car

You can factory order the Jeep Wrangler with all your favorite options (much better packaged options than Bronco) at an average of 4 to 6% under invoice at most dealers (plus other incentives that may apply at the time of ordering). Just check the Wrangler forum for the list of dealers...
  9. I guess it's mopar or no car

The new Wranglers aren't as bad as some people like to make them be. They're also not any more complicated or more expensive to repair or maintain than the Ford Bronco will be. You can save probably close to $10K with the Jeep because the hype on the new Wrangler has already died and dealers...
  10. Can early reservations be held for 2022 MY

I was going to suggest making a new reservation, but that option doesn't exist anymore. Seems like a lot of headache babysitting the dealer and the order crossing fingers and hope you get what you want for all the money you're going to put down. Just wait a year and they'll offer rebates and...
  11. How much would you pay to have your Bronco tomorrow?

If I could get it tomorrow I would still try to get it at invoice or less.
  12. Ford EcoBoost Engine Leak So Bad There’s A Class-Action Lawsuit

No Ford. GM had similar issues also. Here's are couple of articles: https://www.autosafety.org/ford-ignition-switch-fires/ https://www.tampabay.com/archive/2001/10/26/ford-settles-ignition-lawsuit/
  13. Ford EcoBoost Engine Leak So Bad There’s A Class-Action Lawsuit

:ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: yeah for twice the money
  14. Ford EcoBoost Engine Leak So Bad There’s A Class-Action Lawsuit

I agree there. There is NO denying that Toyota is a slug when it comes to product design change and improvements. My Toyota 4 Runner is a lease, but right now I'm in process of "selling" it instead of just returning it, because I got an offer that makes me roughly around $6K over what my...
  15. Ford EcoBoost Engine Leak So Bad There’s A Class-Action Lawsuit

Regardless of any class action lawsuit. This is a big ticket item for most of us. For some it's probably the last vehicle planned to purchase. So, unless you have disposable income to blow then it makes sense to think about what the cost of ownership may be after 5 years. I read most people...
  16. Ford EcoBoost Engine Leak So Bad There’s A Class-Action Lawsuit

This is exactly my dilemma. I don't really like either engine choice, but I would prefer the larger 2.7 displacement if I was to make a choice. There are two main reasons I don't like either engine choice: 1- 2.3L is relatively small for this size truck and adding a turbo just puts more...
  17. Food for thought. Take a minute and consider.

It will happen and Ford WILL offer X-Plan and other discounts (either in financing or rebates) and even lease specials. It just most likely won't happen for the first year or two as they already probably have more orders than they can handle for the first few months.
  18. Ford EcoBoost Engine Leak So Bad There’s A Class-Action Lawsuit

The internal water pump or the integrated front cover (IFC) is one of those designs that makes build easier, but the owners and mechanics hate later on and will hate the engineers who designed it. I sure hope the water pump lasts longer than average, but I used to be able to swap a water pump...
  19. Ford EcoBoost Engine Leak So Bad There’s A Class-Action Lawsuit

Not a common thing when the manufacturer "knowingly" sells defective engines. I'm not sure how long these engines have been in use or how long it takes to develop this issue, but I'd be concerned if they also knowingly sell another product that is defective.
  20. Ford EcoBoost Engine Leak So Bad There’s A Class-Action Lawsuit

Another lawsuit against Ford for knowingly selling defective products. I still remember the huge lawsuit against Ford for the defective ignition switches that caught on fire just sitting in the garage (that was the largest lawsuit against a single automaker (about 8.7 million affected). "This...
