We should get points multipliers every subsequent time we have to bring our Broncos BACK to a dealer to fix an issue that they incorrectly fixed/diagnosed the first time
Spoiler alert: it didnt
Just dropped it off at the dealership AGAIN and told them if they say it's another dead battery they're out of their fucking minds
Any ideas @Ducati1098!?!? My Dealership seems clueless
I was told the same thing after they were trying to fix their error. I said it’s glued in and there’s no way you’re removing it cleanly and then getting it to adhere to a new top!
LOL I am literally in the middle of dealing with this exact scenario. Unreal. Except mine didn’t even order the sound deadening even when I asked if they had
Hell - my dealer didn’t even know the tops came without the glass so I had to wait a few days for them to even contact the glass guy...
Believe it or not it's actually the hard top. Right above the window. It's the hot air forcing itself out when you have the heat on. Turn off the blower and the noise stops!
It's the hard top. For people saying it goes away when you open the window. That's because youre depressurizing the cabin and the warm air isn't being pushed out of a hard top seam
Having the same thing with my 23. Middle panel rear passenger. I can actually feel the warm air coming out between the weather stripping on the hard top on the frame
They said it was ANOTHER bad battery (dead cell).
That's two bad batteries on a vehicle that is only 4 months old
Let's see if this battery lasts more than 10 weeks
Well back in November the dealer replaced my batter and that seemed to fix my issue. But now it is back two months later
So I got this message two months into ownership, had battery replaced, and then the message came back two months into having the new battery
Bringing it back to the dealer...
Well this is incredible. Would you mine explaining (at a high level)how any issues would be resolved? Would you direct us towards a specific shop in our area to do any inspection/repairs that are required?
How do you know it is going to be a quality product? And there are failures and defects in every industry.
My question wasn't theoretical. I really want to know how any post-purchase issues are handled.
What does an owner of one of these tops do when there is a warranty issue? Take it to...
So a question about support on these aftermarket tops
what happens if theres an issue with the top? Having an issue with an oem top leaking and I’m getting a brand new hard top through ford.
what happens if the Turn Off-road top leaks? Are there service centers or licensed shops that handle...
