It’s pretty much a guarantee Ford will require name matching. I’d also be willing to bet they have to sign an agreement not to sell it, like their talking about doing with the lightning.
I hate to tell you this but your dealer has to activate your points. Call ford and tell them your dealers inept. They will call them and walk them through how to properly do it. Mine showed up the next day, my dealer knew what they were doing though.
GM said this a few weeks ago in regards to corvette allocations. I think both are just trying to look good for the media. They don’t care. Dodge tried this with the demon and dealers found ways around it. The only thing you can do is select a dealer that will give you a signed purchase agreement
I’m comparing two vehicles are are built to do the same thing. One is a full size truck with more power/room and is cheaper the other is a SUV that’s smaller has less power and costs more. Make sense now?
Idk, for that price I’d have to take a hard look at a F-150 Raptor. The one I built without the 37 inch tire package was $74000. More HP and a full size truck.
I guess I’m not as much of a hater of the 3.0 as I seem. It’s a good base platform but I’m pretty sure they’re going to stick with the 10R60 for it and that leaves very little room to turn it up. To appease my pettiness I would of appreciated a 3.5 slightly tuned to 471HP with the 10R80 behind...
Have dealers been given their raptor allocations yet? I’ve seen some say their dealers are saying they’re sold out. How do they know how many their going to get?
I’m disappointed it’s the 3.0. I was really hoping for the 3.5 L. I’ll be even more disappointed if they keep the 10R60. On a good note at least interior isnt hideous blue like they do on the raptor.
It’s all my fault, i put her in a SRT Grand Cherokee and was hoping to trade it for the bronco. We’ll we drove one and it wasn’t fast enough for her. 🙄🙄🙄 I created a monster. I ended up getting rid of my truck and getting the bronco and I couldn’t be happier.
