My tire dealer did it.

I had a couple with some surface rust and when I notified my tire dealer, they contacted Icon and they replaced them, no questions asked. That was several months ago and the new ones look great and have not rusted and still look great.

It was $1200 $1350 for Xpel Fusion Plus full ceramic coating w/ paint prep + $150 for the tint on the two windows (before tax). I'll correct when I get home in a couple days if incorrect. Edit: corrected price and added type of coating

To follow-up, I had Pista Film Solutions do the ceramic coating and tint the front windows to match the rear factory tint. Did a great job.
