On the 2-door, the lip/seal on on the drivers side sits over the pass side. But I guess you could sneak the pass side under that if you do in the opposite order.
Yeah. They look awesome and fairly priced. Will be ordering the silver ones. It looks like there is plastic/rubber on the bottom where it contacts the top?
Good to know. Thanks. I was worried the frame would warp, or one of the pins would pop off.
Was keeping track. Off 20 times, on 19.
Some worthless observations.
1) Mentioned before, beware of sharp edges.
2) Put some rubber hose or tape on the wrench handle. At some point, someone is going to crack a window taking the rear screws on or off. I've made some scary noises not taking...
Yeah, you better not use an impact, and keep the wrench square.
Plus you just reminded me to take them off if I ever need service that requires a wheel to come off because you know that guy is going to screw one up.
Just buy a used set of 5. You'll have 5 good tires and rims. At some point you hit a curb, get a flat that ruins a rim, or let your kid use the car and when it comes back have two dented rims and no witnesses.
