Thanks for the post. I have pretty much the same build on order and currently scheduled to be built in February. Your post has me even more excited and confirmed my Azure Grey color choice.
My big debate was leather color, graphics and carbon fiber. I ended up switching from blue to black...
I went into the dealership back in the fall to update my Wildtrack reservation from Area 51 to Azure Gray planning to do my own Wildtrack Heritage Edition build (white top, grill, wheels, etc.) when I was offered the Raptor. It all happened so fast I just stayed with Azure Gray. Later thought...
Yes, used trail turn asssit on a couple of the corners. I think it helped. It was a three point turn, but I did not need to back down that one section. Honestly, I want to take the Bronco to an open dirt area and experiment and practice with the trail turn assist a bit more so I have a better...
(y) It's on my list. I want to be smart about the trails we tackle, but definetly excited to get out more. We realized we need to upgrade out camping gear first:LOL:
Ya, we had four rigs in our group, and a number of kids on bikes. The trailhead was crowded, but we only saw a couple of other groups on the trail. We camped at Horsehoof campgroup. Also, check out the Chester park area. Great hiking and slot canyons.
Not yet. I just have Viair portable compressor. Honestly it did a good job and didn't take as long as I thought it would to air up at the Visitor's center.
The tires did great on the slick rock. Great traction. I lowered the pressure down to 24 lbs - mostly for comfort. As other have indicated the only real downside I have experienced so far is they do like to pick-up and fling small rocks.
Thought I would share a video we put together documenting our first adventure in the new Bronco. At the start of the month we spent a long weekend in Needles District of Canyonlands National Park and completed Elephant HIll Road. Bronco did great and we had a blast. Challenging, but not so...
Looks great. I have to admit the two door is really growing on me and reminded me of the debate I had launch night trying to choose between a two door or a four door reservation.
Correct. I considered swapping out the factory tint for the UV blocking ceramic tint, but I have the BestTop soft top on order and it will go on for the summers.
Honestly not sure. I just told him to match the other windows. I had them do the ceramic tint on the front windshild as well to cut UV and heat. It has a slight, slight tint to it. Will be nice in the summer.
So I sent my First Edition out for paint protection film and ceramic window tinting last week. Thought I would share an after photo with the front driver and passanger door windows tinted to match the other windows (may not be legal in all areas).
Also, I assume most are aware, but on the...
I am a 9/6 Utah buyer as well - 9/8 blend date 4 DR Catus Gray FE. I finally got my shipped e-mail this moring and the pizza tracker advanced as well. The e-mail suggested delivery to LHM Ford between 10/9 and 10/15. I need to call LHM and see if I can get the rail info. Hopefully we will...
Tired of getting disappointed I had stopped monitoring my inbox on scheduling days. All the more surprised when I saw a Ford email in my inbox today when I was looking for something else.
