Cool to see the hard tops did not sustain much damage, one of the cons I was guessing was hail damage, so this post proves that wrong.
I wonder how the soft tops would've held up. I had a convertible before the bronco and it did okay in a Colorado hail storm (not 2 inches, probably .5).
The hard top issues are not entirely on Ford, they outsourced (common thing) to Webasto and quality issues appeared, but design/ease of use/modularity was good.

Jeep fanatics should thank Ford for kicking stellantis in the rear and upgrading their Jeep lineup.
What I am seeing is Jeep taking cues from Ford, but not really 'innovating' anything. I predict Ford will figure something else out, then 2 years later, Jeep will introduce something similar.
I'm interested in digging more into this thought process, is there any acceptable amount of poke on any car? Or is all poke on any vehicle considered bad?
Genuinely curious, not trying to be a smart ass or anything.
According to Ford and VGJr (if you take his word for much) anyone who plans on going to 37 should upgrade all steering/suspension components.
Supposedly during extensive testing, no broncos broke while running 35s, only those testing 37 without upgraded components broke.
Glad you're enjoying it so far, the car is not even 2 years old yet (considering first customer sales being the start) and I think the aftermarket options are pretty good, only going to grow from here.
I asked this question somewhere else but:
How easy is this to remove for tire changes? Thinking about not only regular maintanence but also off-road flats etc.
This is what I really enjoy about car forums, some posts are so useful, some topics just arbitrary, and the comments/bantering are always an entertaining reminder that some egos are comically sensitive.
It looks as though this brace blocks the oil cap and dipstick. It would suck to have to remove this thing every time I do my oil change.
edit: I find it funny and corny that you guys were like "hey Todd, go do some random shit to the intake box while we film this" not bad, just entertaining and...
