I like that idea with a tray mount on the right side rear roll bar. I already have 4 gauge pulled to an amp behind that trim. Maybe put that with the hose reel mounted there too.
I don’t have as many theft concerns as exposing to the elements under the hood.
I love the sound! I went with the Alpine S Coax speakers and the music is night and day different than stock. I primarily listen to satellite radio, pop/rock/rhythm and news.
I was incredibly impressed with the Trail Seven kit which was all pre-prepared, wired, labeled, and has a step-by-step...
I am no audiophile so that is why I chose a setup that someone else had already figured out. :)
My understanding is that the LC5i takes the signal from the stock radio levels and converts it to RCA and passes it off to the amp. The amp takes the signal amplifies it and passes to back to the...
I went the Trail Seven route and used their mount to put the Amp behind that panel. Used the SSV side mount 10” sub enclosure and SSV pods on the roll bar. Sounds fantastic but if you go that route contact them because their kit is not specifically setup for those of us without the factory dummy...

Thanks for the info! Will check the weather up the Loveland Pass and try to hit Frisco on the off day. All this travel in the mountains is definitely going to have me geared up for coming back in the summer time and some trail rides.
Hello all! I have to be in CO in January, specifically driving from Santa Fe, NM up to Breckenridge the second week of the month. Any fun places to play in the snow or get off road to see the sights? I have a full day to make the trip and then another day off in the Breckenridge area.

My one complaint is that the larger 6" lights block the Bronco logo. Which seems vain, but I have some sheet metal I am going to fab up a lower mount for and see if I can get them down closer to the bumper.
Mine came with the modular bumper, I added the baby bull bar and the lights. I did end up going back to the narrow Badlands fenders to keep the body cleaner.
