Not sure there's much too it. I'm 5'10" and my son 6'. I stand at the front and he at the back and lift it over (after removing the antenna temporarily). The canoe is a little easier due to the extended length so he can stand behind the Bronco. I just stretch a little to get it up and inside...
Find a friend to help. I side load my kayak and canoe with some help. Also have the Yakima Boat loaders (temp extendable pole out the side) on both sides but haven't used them
Can't imagine how hard on a truck driving on the beach on a regular basis is. Took hours to wash the sand and salt water out of the frame and undercarriage.

Took the family to the OBX off North Carolina. Awesome 4x4 beach where we found a house 9 miles up the beach. Including about 50 miles or so sand mode the whole trip averaged 21 mpg over 1500+ miles in my Outer Banks edition. Thrilled with this and the smooth ride. Just hot her all rinsed down...
@cpmartin1999 we are staying 9 miles in and the house came with a parking pass. From what I've seen you need the parking pass for $50 unless provided with a rental. They were ticketing as well.
Looking to hunt down a whistle on my OBX non-sasquatch before our road trip. I have taken in and have the updated hood seal from the dealer but it still whistles between ~36-48 mph. Seems to be prevalent with mirrors in, out etc. Windows up or down and top on or off.
Maybe still the hood seal...

Will post pics soon
I've come to the tough decision to sell my 1974 Bronco. I purchased this truck 10+ years ago from Nevada and has been garaged the entire time I've owned it. Truck runs great and I've driven it to Tennessee a few times since purchasing it...
Trying to compare obx non squatch hardtop height with and without Badlands ko2. Just noticed yours is soft top. No worries step height would be great. Thanks!
