We were after a Explorer but we got the same features, for 30k less and a bumper to bumper warranty that was double what ford was providing. Even if it has to be repaired, it'll be able to be for the next 5 years and 50k miles adjusted for the year and miles we put on it.
We bought my wife a 19' Atlas recently & we cannot speak highly enough of it. Best bang for your buck in that 3rd row mom car market in my opinion. If I was going to get a new daily it would be a Touareg
@Hobgoblin I grew up about 45 minutes from Dubuque in Illinois. As much as I want to make a week out of it and visit family I think shipping is a way better option
@ATLColonial I don't think my p.o.s of jetta will survive another 8-10 months. Horn went out smashing it when a Florida driver cut me off 2x on my way to Hartsfield haha.
I'm not enough of a car guy, but it makes no sense to me that its only a 2k up charge for a 5.0 in the f150 compared the a 3500 on a 2.7.
No this isn't me wanting the 5.0 I'm not a v8 boomer, just comparing costs.
edit: 3.0 diesel could be fun too. $3800 in the f150 crew cab
