It is certainly not uncommon. Mine was $500 refundable which I was fine with. I personally wouldn't do over $1000, and definitely nothing marked non-refundable, but that's personal preference.

@Daltonm33 Yeah... I am not sure I trust that salesperson. Order banks are full open. There is no reason to be doing what he is doing. Make sure you are in and ready for scheduling by March 19. While you can change it after, you should at least reflect what you want now by then.

@broncoj11 I think that is a responsible decision and kudos for knowing where you are and where you want to be. At 40 I still miss the mark plenty! If you decide to jump in at 30, I am sure we will see you around!
