I reached out to them...now apparently I just have to prove that it is the steps causing the drain. It is the only aftermarket (electrical) item I have installed.
Not sure if it has been mentioned or if it is normal, after a while of being stopped in traffic the ebrake was engaged, I wasn't paying attention to how long it took to activate since I wasn't really expecting it. This of course was after enabling intelligent cruise.

Is it possible to disconnect the bottom seat heater and only have the back heater operate?
I really only use the seat heater as a heating pad for my lower back but don't need the butt heat.
