Not smooth. Someone else posted a thread about painting the factory flares. He said that they sanded them smooth with 400gr to prep it.

That stuff was created for people that have their heads up their a** talking/texting on their phone instead of paying attention to the road. Easier/better solution is to just pay attention to the road.
