Damn. I just went out to confirm. My 21 base Sasquatch 4 door doesn’t have one.
On the jeeps, the rear doesn’t disconnect; just tue front. The small tears don’t really affect articulation much on the jeeps.
I need to win this to recover some of the funds that I lost by selling my jeep with a bunch of your parts on it… Also, i feel kind of “poser-ish” wearing my Metalcloak apparel without any Metalcloak parts. 🤣🤣🤣
Mind hasn’t blown up, but kind of odd. Our build dates are like 17 days apart, but our engines are 80 days a part. 11/4 build, 294 engine Julian date.
I have a feeling this will depend on the tire. Something like a 37” KO2 might have quite a bit of clearance, but a tire that measures true like a maxxis treppador might rub like crazy.
For what it’s worth, my 2 door jeep on 37’s was only 100lbs less. It only had a 5,000lb GVWR.
It did have a 3/16” steel rear bumper, 3/16” steel skid plates, heavy wheels and suspension components.
I know there is some controversy about how much payload some of these Broncos have…or don’t have.
4 door, base, Sasquatch, soft top, 2.7. It had just under a full tank, WITHOUT me in it.
Steer axle weight: 2,720
Drive axle weight: 2,120
Gross: 4,840
GVWR: 6,100lbs
Actual payload: 1,260lbs
We had one hell of a downpour last night here in Wentzville, MO. My soft top bronco is still at the local rail yard with about 20 others. Very curious to see how they all did. Lol.
