how hard is it to change the Circlip Location after the 5100s are installed? I will want to switch to 35s when my 33s burn out and will want to up the lift at that time.
I average about 18mpg with a 2.7 4-door. I can't compare to the original tires since they were off the vehicle so fast. After these wear out, I may look into taller, skinnier tires which should help with mpg. I wish manufacturers made more tires like a 275/75/17 or 265/80/17. I'd even switch...
I put 285/70/17 KO2s on my Big Bend. They look and perform great and you can keep your crash bars. May want to check FB Marketplace for some takeoffs. Falken Wildpeaks are on also on FB marketplace at that size too since thy are putting them on Jeeps now.
Curious if you're trying to cut down on the noise from outside the vehicle or the booming drum sound that the hard top panels make when you go over bumps. At low speed, the center panel vibrates like the inside of a bass drum. thats the sound that I wish to eliminate.
for those of you with this issue, has anyone else noticed that water also is getting in behind the kick panels? When I replaced my kick panel speakers, the area behind the speakers was wet and it hadn't rained in days. I'm concerned about long term rust, but don't want to remove my speakers...
the head unit isn't sending a full audible range to the rear speakers. no matter what speakers you put back there, they will only provide a small range of audio. Some people swear that forscan can "unlock" full range audio but I tried and many others have without success.
