The problem with the electric truck is going to be range if you use that power. 1000hp is 745kW, so if you are using all that, you are pulling 0.21 kW*hr from the battery every second (without accounting for losses, assuming 100% efficiency). The Tesla Model S, with the biggest battery came with...
Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) also has the X-plan deal. My dealer said X plan certificate is needed at delivery, not order....
EAA membership is $40/year.
The Goodyear Territory is supposed to carry the "mountain/snowflake" rating for "extreme snow" so it is in the same category with BFG AT/KOs, Grabber ATX, etc. Should be an OK winter/snow tire. Not as good as real snow tires, but one you can leave on in the summer too.
2 dr Black Diamond. I have a good size terrier worth of dog hair under the seat in my current car, and cannot seem to extract the remaining fur from the seat covers (Wet Okole), so vinyl and rubber mats seem like a win. Steel bumpers, factory rails also a factor. Like the black steel wheels and...
Had great luck with Wet Okole on multiple vehicles (Escape, XTerra, Frontier, Mazda3) always fit right, very durable. Some have issues with them, but I have been very happy.
And mine was the last of the 2bbl carburetor models. Something like a hot 120 Hp out of 5.2L displacement. To make up for that, it had the snowplow package with stiffer front springs than the one-ton. Blew a shock once and the only symptom was funny tire wear.
Had a 1986 Ramcharger where the back seats were "not removable" (they had a fold and tumble thing). Previous owner welded the mounting nuts to the underside of the floor and viola, removable with one wrench in about 5 minutes. Getting that heavy pig out and storing it, a different question.
If you work it out, for 5 315/70/17 tires the nitrogen is about 3 oz lighter, total. you have to be pretty far out on the performance edge for 0.6 oz per tire (on 80-90 lb wheel and tire combos) to matter. The water makes a bit of difference, but again, mostly to race cars unless there is no...
I had a 79, the rear window drive broke with some regularity, and climbing over the back seat to get into the unopenable tailgate was a pain. I did not have rust issues in the tailgate, but I could totally see that.
Difference in tire diameter is 1.65" (about), so half of that is the 0.8"(ride height addition). Since that was based on nominal tire sizes (285/70/17 = 32.71", 315/70/17 = 34.36"), and individual tires could vary a fair bit from that, I would guess the 0.6" is all tire...
Every time I see specs on legroom, it is front seat max, rear seat min, but the angles make quite a bit of difference in how it actually feels. The positions look similar to a 2nd gen Xterra, and the numbers are higher, I think it will be fine for most. YMMV
