It is what it is. I have been a 4x4 enthusiasts for over 30 years and broken many axle as such I have learned not to full lock. The intent of the post was to see if this was an issue others have had. I am glad to hear it isnt.
Specs: 4 door, Badlands, 2.7, lux, tow package .
Issue: Broken front passenger axle at CV joint. Repair was Ford replacement of both front axles. Will take 5 to 10 days to get the parts.
Update: I was in 4L and lockers were not engaged.

I wasnt able to get any dates from Ford Canada. We don't get the same level of service in Canada. I places the reservation on line 5 hrs after the anouncement and the build date was June 11 delivered July 15.
Well it finaly came Friday, 1 year and 1 day after placing the reservation. All the way to Alberta Canada a Badlands, 2.7, Tow, Lux, in Antimatter blue. We have named (Donkey).
Now all I need is for Ursa Minor to build me a hard top roof with tent before winter hits so I don't have to go...
Cargo mat instructions say "optional to cut or trim openings on the cargo mat for the vehicle cargo tie downs and fire extinguisher options."
