Sounds like you should be able to hose out with the passive system. Advisable to pull carpet first, obviously. Vinyl flooring should have been a stand alone option, honestly.

Nope. Panels don't effect the mounting points for a roof rack because the panels fit within the frame of the roof structure, or inside of where the mounting points for a roof rack would be.
"Breverest" as you explain would mean exactly what Nair said the Bronco won't be. The Wrangler is an incremental vehicle from the Grand Cherokee in terms of capability. I don't see anything to be worried about.
