That's what I'm most concerned about. The reservation tracker on Ford doesn't list it as ordered, so I'm not sure but it would *seem* that they have not done anything with it since the reservation/order tracker is still sitting on "Reserved, your dealer will contact you". I'm taking that as a...
You'd think they would drop it from B&P if it's not a thing anymore. Whatever, the color is moot if the reservation is hosed, which is what I'm most concerned about.
Not sure I understand. Why would antimatter blue not be a color option? It's on B&P. Granted B&P isn't perfect, but I wouldn't expect them to show an option there that isn't a thing.
Hey guys,
I reserved back in July 2020. The dealer shot me a text back in March but I was still on the fence because money, so I told them I was going to hold off for a bit. They didn't reply.
I'm working on the money thing now and thought I could use some advice from the dealership on how...
Sounds almost like I might want to delay my purchase until the MY22 edition. I wonder if there's a way to intentionally delay that while still retaining reservation...
fwiw I never got the survey and I reserved within the first couple weeks. More's the shame 'cause I've got things I'd like them to actually hear instead of ignoring like they seem to do on social media.
I "spoke" to someone in Ford's help chat. Here's the chat log (names removed):

Hi <support person>! Is there a reason the roof rails and hard top sound...
Yeah the more I fiddle with it the less it makes sense for the info we have. Why is it I can build the Bronco I want in 2 door, but if I want *that* in 4 door then I have to lose the roof rails and headliner?
For test: Bronco Badlands, select headliner, roof rails, 4.7 ratio, 2.7L engine, lux...
It seems to depend on which flavor Bronco you want. It's super aggravating. At first I thought it was a bug with the web site, but there's been no comment from Ford at all.
My best guess, after playing with several different flavors, is that combining the 2.7L engine, the 4.7 ratio, and the...
Okay now I can have the molded hard top and the 2.7 L engine, but it won't let me have the sound deadening headliner or the roof rails with the big engine.
I think there are still some quirks they're working out here.
Coming in right about $54,000 which is what I had estimated so ... yay for...
Guess I'll just leave it in Baja mode most of the time. I like having the swaybar disconnect and other things exclusive to the Badlands. I'm going to get both soft and hard top options, so... Now... I just have to figure out how to come up with 50% down before the dealership wants to talk...
I am likely to be more high speed baja style mobility, and I don't plan to rock crawl, but I like the bash plates, steel bumpers, and 33 inch AT tires over the 35 muds of the Wildlands model. For that reason, I went Badlands, and I plan to go sans-squatch, but still add the 2.7L V6. Bummer...
I agree the unveiling needs to go without a single bad memory.
Even more importantly though, is the vehicle itself actually needs to be simultaneously awesome, inexpensive, and definitely not plagued by quality issues.
Looking forward to getting one on the road so I can see for myself.
My beloved Wrangler was stolen from me several years ago during a time when I could not afford to replace it. I have been hunting to fill the hole it left ever since but the more recent Jeeps just don't feel right.
The new Bronco on the other hand. My first car was a Ford and I have always...
