Yes. I have a Badlands grill on my BB, but I had to re-use the piece that came on my BB to fit properly. Not sure what that piece is called but it helps attach the grill to the body.

285/75/17 is the answer. 33.9 inches tall. With OBX flares you will have about .5 inch poke. If you do a lot of highway miles like me, 315 is way too much width.
