There are heated steering wheel covers from Amazon for a quick fix. But for more comprehensive, I've seen on F150 forums people swapping in the Platinum heated steering wheel onto lower trims then enabling functionality through Forscan. I'd bet it's doable on Bronco, just too early for people...
