I like that clean design. If this bumper design was around back when Brave Offroad still was, might have gone with it instead. Can you still get your hand on the line with the camera relocation bracket?
Noticed any reduction in windshield pain with the hood deflector? If so, which one is it?
Travis John is clearly, uh, developmentally delayed.
Bigmeats has the only:
1 of 1 First Edition (or any other goddamn trim) halfcab
1 of 1 5.2L Supercharged V8 conversion
1 of 1 FDU conversion
But sure, the run of the mill zero-mod basic ass Raptor is "worth" more somehow than someone...
I'd imagine they're slightly out of warranty since 1977 was the last year for early Broncos. 😅
But seriously, I can always tell when the front driveshaft is on, just assumed it was a holdover from the days that front drives were not balanced from the factory since their duty cycle used to be...
Went with the 4WP coilovers on my 23 Non-Squatch Badlands 2DR.
Those plus DX4 Recons with 315/70R17 Bridgestone Dueler AT3 REVOs actually lost me 4lbs per corner over stock. Ride well, flex well. Installed the rears myself, then had a shop do the fronts and align.
Love the clean look and anti-theft element, but they'd be completely non-functional after a single commute home here. 😅 I keep a brush and a 1gal pump sprayer unit in every car to clean off the headlights before and after commuting.
I have the KC sixes, and more or less for retro looks, since their long, narrow output and spot pattern isn't quite as usable or useful in the near range as the A-pillar Diode Dynamics SS3 Pros Combo lens or the SS3 Pro Fog Lens.
They do throw pretty far as a spot, but my amber covers limit...
Huh. You're right. It does display the rear cam as part of the multiplexed view.
Wonder if the big 4D Tech warning on the site means it can't display any of the bigger rear cam views?
Lose the duck and add a Cactus outline and a vectorized Gates Commando XT tire tread print and the text Cactus Smasher, and you have a cool retro Bronco-specific history design.
For another data point, I have personally put a 36gal Titan tank in my LWN.
That DTE functions as you described with the float arm giving roughly correct range countdown (as you mentioned, remaining range is underestimated in a larger tank volume with the same depth float arm).
Functionally...
OEM Traction control will lockdown any low-speed wheelspin pretty aggressively, might be that drag he's noticing, but it is pretty audible in my rig.
I turn mine off, hold down traction control for about 8 seconds or so to disable.
