USAA is currently offering 1.89% on 60 or 63 month loans. I also think you get a 0.25% discount for automatic payments which makes the deal even better. I plan on putting $10K down and financing around $35K to keep payments at what I consider a reasonable amount if those rates and my build...
Just want to give some hope to people. My build week has been holding for a few weeks at 2/7/22 since I was initially scheduled for 1/31/22. I would think it would have been changed by now if it was going to change since scheduling is this week. Probably jinxed it but ehhh. Trying to help...
Got pushed from 1/31 to 2/7 as seen in the back door tracker. No emails for me. Just info from checking the back door site. Hereās hoping this build week sticks!

Knowledge of how an ICE works isnāt necessary to use the vehicle. Same goes for EV technology. So I donāt think that really matters. Upfront costs should really be determined before purchasing a vehicle and is the most obvious cost I would think (perhaps home charging installation would be...
My thought is that new cars are more expensive than used cars, it generally takes more financial stability or income or a willingness to put money towards a new car purchase. New cars are a luxury. They could get something like a Leaf but most choose to get a crossover, sedan or truck. Most...
Perhaps I was too subtle. The most vocal āEVs are crapā crowd tend to take pride in their gas guzzling and are resistant to change (perhaps due to being set in their ways for so long). I hoped the italicized āotherā would have helped to convey.
Iāve noticed some other leanings as wellā¦
edit: the other leanings Iām speaking of are people who think EVs are āpieces of shitā and take pride in their old, gas guzzling ways. My subtly was too subtle and Iām not as clever as I think I am.
Maybe some people should go to that coffee spot he goes to every weekend and cut in front of him while he waits to order coffee. Just explain that the baristas are working hard as they can to get the coffees made and see what he thinks of the situation! You could even point him to the free water...
