    My original reservation of 7/16 was with Tomball Ford, however, after negotiations switched to Texas Buyers Group and Bob Utter. I do not expect a build until late '22 with this shadow black top.

    Stay at the resort. It's pricey but fun for the family. They have several things to do for everyone...resort dining/bar, pools, natural grass putt-putt, tennis, smores at night etc. Walking distance/golf cart ride to marina and spa.
