I went out for a drive over lunch and yes, mine continues to revert back to miles. I switched it back to KM, turned the car off, and when I immediately started it back up again it was back to Miles again. Terribly annoying! I don't think I've ever been able to put my speedo in miles though...

I was having this issue as well. I selected Miles in the settings and drove for a few minutes, then went and switched it back to KM and it seemed to work.. the nav was back to KM. I havent noticed it going back again to Miles as Paul noted, but then again it was just this morning that I noticed...
