True for snow (I run BFG M/T). On icy roads a set of winter tires on a Mini Countryman behaves so much better than the Jeep on ice! Those vehicles (Jeep & Co.) are good thick snow, not on ice...
True, that should be interesting!
JL/JLU buyers might wait to see the Bronco before they make a choice.
I was on the edge of swapping my JKU for a JLU thinking that’s not much of a chamge I might just keep the JKU.
Now I’m all in for a Bronco, plus my wife hate driving the Jeep, maybe she’ll...
Same deal here... the bright side is that on a chilly morning i can still make it to work topless & doorless with appropriate jacket and beanie! A longer drive I would have to put doors back!
A body lift will allow for clearing larger tires but won’t change the overall ground clearance of the truck.
So if you want 35” just for the style that might be enough to prevent tires from rubbing.
Thanks for posting these pictures!
I am wondering is this the HD modular bumper that is supposed to be on the BL? Or still some pre production assembly?
These guys are lightyears from here.
I want to use a local dealer (new model, new problems...), still that’s good to know to try to get their price down a little! Thanks!
Do you guys think there will be a lot to negotiate? It seems a lot of people are in line waiting to get a Bronco, will dealers really negociate?
What do you plan on negotiating?
If they get the cosmetics rights from pre production and first round of production they might have some in showrooms, they might not need to be fully functional for showrooms as long as they are not for test drive...
I have tried many times to slam (let’s be clear not on murpose ??‍♂️) the rear glass of the jeep while the gate was closed.
Luckily it bounced of the tire everytime.
Hopefully that won’t be an issue on the Bronco either!
You might be able to do something like this if you don’t have the steel bumpers... just depends how the plastic is molded !

I like the removable parts, without it i wouldn’t consider a Bronco and would replace my Jk by a JL.
I believe Bronco will be in some extents a little more comfy than Jeep (less of a tractor feeling).
I had a Durango R/T for some time, this is another level of comfort (and exhaust sound!!!)...
I wouldn’t bet of this option to be available on the Bronco. It looks like it made to be more rugged that an f150 or a Grand Cherokee.
Get the top off pop out the doors, you get plenty of air!
