  1. Recall: Rear Shock Absorber External Reservoir Corrosion (Safety Recall 25S01 - January 21, 2025)

According to the parts list from ford none of the part numbers are different in the assembly. Front spring is 5310 for both rear is 5560.
  2. Recall: Rear Shock Absorber External Reservoir Corrosion (Safety Recall 25S01 - January 21, 2025)

The only difference between squach and non-sas badlands is a shock top hat spacer iirc. Worst case just remove the spacers before you go in so ford doesn’t loose them on you.
  3. Recall: Rear Shock Absorber External Reservoir Corrosion (Safety Recall 25S01 - January 21, 2025)

I’m glad that before this it s as an issue u did already identify this as a spot to absolutely soak in fluid film. So mind has not even seen water, never mind salt, without corrosion protection.
  4. Recall: Rear Shock Absorber External Reservoir Corrosion (Safety Recall 25S01 - January 21, 2025)

The recall notice in our ford pass apps don’t have that information…
  5. 2.3L manual trans plus Sport mode...

Not sure. But it’s not very expensive or time consuming to enable sport mode with forscan on a badlands.
  6. 2.3L manual trans plus Sport mode...

It should be in 4A unless you have the basic 4x4 then I’m not sure.
  7. 2.3L manual trans plus Sport mode...

Sport mode definitely changes more than just the throttle mapping. The exhaust note is also different and the fuel mileage is improved in sport mode. I would bet that if someone logged it they would see than sport mode has different vvt settings. I just wish there was a way to default to sport...
  8. 2025 Bronco Order Guide Released!

Damn they added heated steering wheel to badlands and added the fox live valve as an option. I wish I could have gotten ours that way and not had to buy the lux package to get heated steering wheel.
  9. S&B Dry Air Filter Review

Which Donaldson did you buy for the stock air box?
  10. Pod Speaker Relocation Kit

Yeah? We have the b&o which I wouldn’t have optioned if I could have gotten heated steering wheel without it. I have seen one other person on here that put some thin rectangular speakers right behind the front seats from the roof that I’d consider since the rear seats have been completely...
  11. "Red Bandit" 2 Door sas Badlands Build

Do you have any more info on these speakers? I'm getting nothing for results on amazon.
  12. Pod Speaker Relocation Kit

Does anyone sell a kit to re-locate the rear speaker pods, maybe forwards of the rear roll bar rather than under it? All that space they take up in the rear opening is really killing my jam for building the ultimate camping storage setup.
  13. 2024 Badlands - to SAS or Not

We opted for badlands non-sas on our manual 2 door. For 24 the only difference between the two is ugly flares, ugly wheels, meh tires that happen to be 35s, and a $300 strut spacer lift for an extra 6k. If my wife decides she wants the lift and 35s on her car well buy them and wheels that aren’t...
  14. Considering buying new 2024 Bronco, thoughts on quality issues and problems?

I didn’t realize the 4 door pulled such a premium. My wife’s 2 dr badlands was under 56k and it’s loaded except for squatch and leather seats. It’s a lot quieter on the highway than a Miata. And the manual is pretty amazing. They put that trans in a ranger and keep the 7k tow rating and I’ll...
  15. Introducing Volant Performance Intakes, Available at Panda Motorworks! 🐼

Alright that’s good. Really would love to go with this intake to get the Donaldson power core filter, just want to make sure I’m not sacrificing on getting the most turbo noise and having an annoying filter cleaning.
  16. Introducing Volant Performance Intakes, Available at Panda Motorworks! 🐼

Are these short/partial intakes quieter than the full length ones that eliminate the resonator box? Does this intake require you to remove the whole box to change/clean the filter like some of the bronco intakes?
  17. 2.3 Oil not getting up to Temp

That’s annoying. My 2.7t Audi has no problem getting the oil up to temperature and neither does my 3.5eb f150. It’s wild that it is this way, since the bronco coolant gets up to temp way faster than any car I’ve ever owned and blows nice warm heat sooner.
  18. 2.3 Oil not getting up to Temp

We have about 600 miles on my wife’s 2024 badlands and the oil temperature on the dash really only ever gets up to 190*F, I once saw it as high as 196* after a longer hill at 75 mph on an unseasonably warm 51* F day. When I did the break in oil change a little late at 200 miles (didn’t have a...
