Finally got everything in. COVP approved almost instantly this evening when they put it in. Probably two days late for this scheduling period though. Hope there are still some parts left for my very constrained Badlands order!

I got a call from my dealer this evening, apparently there have been some technical problems on his end but he expects to have a DORA for me to review tomorrow, says he has a whole stack of them so ... here's hoping they have me in there!
