  1. 🛠 9/6/21 Build Week Group

Its from the dealer system, called Vehicle visibility.
  2. 🛠 9/6/21 Build Week Group

Monday update on mine, thought those on rail would find it interesting to see the process, rail's made it to Chicago. In Transit Arrived at Junction Point (Csx Transportation ) Chicago, IL Sep-12-2021, 18:22 CT Sep-30-2021 Oct-06-2021 In Transit Arrived at Intermediate...
  3. 🛠 9/6/21 Build Week Group

9/7 blend 245/888, Badlands, Sasquatch, 9/8 build, 9/9 shipped (rail)
  4. Why would my order date be 6 months after I ordered and paid $1000 deposit

Order date in the tracker doesn't mean the actual order date. Mine shows 8/21/21 which is the date I switched from a 2 door to a 4 door softtop. So if you made any changes, thats the date that will show. If not, its also possible the dealer summited your order, but didn't finalize it until...
  5. 🛠 9/6/21 Build Week Group

Only from your dealer. Your salesman should have access. It's called Vehicle Visibility on FMCdealer.
  6. 🛠 9/6/21 Build Week Group

More good news for those of us on rail. Mines already got a rail car so shipping is moving quickly, they often sit there a few days to a week before getting a rail car looks like thats not a problem right now! In Transit Shipped Rail - Railcar # CTTX695946 (Csx Transportation ) Ramp 4G, Mi...
  7. 🛠 9/6/21 Build Week Group

Dealers can only see their orders, so can't help.
  8. 🛠 9/6/21 Build Week Group

Convoy is much faster, rail is very slow. We get Escapes and Super Dutys out of Kentucky, escapes come by truck in less than a week, super dutys by rail, then truck take 2-3, usually closer to 3. There's a reason for the term getting railroaded.
  9. 🛠 9/6/21 Build Week Group

I am a dealer. Dealers can pull up progress in Vehicle Visibility. It's better than the consumer tracker, but still not complete. For example Dirt mountain builds just show produced, but never get an update to show what happened after that. The one exception EVER has been with chip hold...
  10. 🛠 9/6/21 Build Week Group

Don't get shook if you don't get an email or pizza tracker update. Below is the dealer status of my order, below that is the Ford tracker, still shows in production. Not sure why some get updated right away and others don't update till the next step, maybe rail vs convoy? Awaiting Shipment...
  11. 🛠 9/6/21 Build Week Group

No update on the pizza tracker, but on the dealer system I show produced, AND more importantly released, so looks like I'm good to ship. I think the pizza tracker updates when the rail takes it.
  12. 🛠 9/6/21 Build Week Group

The fix will likely have little affect on builds. If they get them done fast enough, it could jam up shipping, but usually the fixes aren't done in mass, I expect them to trickle out over the next month or so.
  13. 🛠 9/6/21 Build Week Group

Yep, I show modules on the Motorcraft site as well. 245/888. Not sure what that really means, but they're there. I ran the OASIS report (where dealers get as built data and info), and it still says: VIN STATUS: PRE-PRODUCTION VIN - NOT YET PRODUCED
  14. 🛠 9/6/21 Build Week Group

No update on the dealer system, still shows in production (even ones on dirt mountain show "produced" on dealer system, just never update from there), so does our Explorer that was supposed to be built yesterday. Possible they're running behind from the holiday or that its just a system issue...
  15. 🛠 9/6/21 Build Week Group

I don't look for anything today. Dealer system usually gets "build" updates at midnight Eastern, so thats when I expect to see some. If we're really lucky, it might show "produced" at midnight and also update to "released" at the same time, then it should ship. The ones on hold show...
  16. 🛠 9/6/21 Build Week Group

My date is 9/7, my understanding is the 888 is line total production for the day including Rangers. My wife's Explorer is also being built today, its 1306/1999 so amazing difference in production numbers, Explorer seems very high.
  17. 🛠 9/6/21 Build Week Group

Today's the easy day, my sticker shows mine as 245/888 today, the tough parts going to be the next couple of days waiting to see if it shows shipped or just stuck in produced status and headed for dirt mountain. Gonna be stressful, and that's on a softtop where I figure favorable odds of...
  18. Ford's Bronco Customer Satisfaction Funds Plan Will Help Dealers Manage Order Waits

This isn't $1000 per customer, its 0-$1000 per customer. Ford gave dealers a budget based on how many orders they had (but not in 99 status), dealer can give some $1000 and some 0, if my budget were spread evenly, it would be $250 per unit. Dealers will use it as they see fit. In my mind the...
  19. Ford's August 2021 Total Sales Down 33%; Bronco Sales in August: 2,730 Vehicles; Bronco Production in August: 8,243 Vehicles

Nope, no immunity from the shortages. Toyota cutting production 40%. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.nytimes.com/2021/08/19/business/toyota-production-slowdown-chip-shortage.amp.html
  20. Ford's August 2021 Total Sales Down 33%; Bronco Sales in August: 2,730 Vehicles; Bronco Production in August: 8,243 Vehicles

Scary part is Ford keeps spinning it as things are improving, but our allocation for next month was basically nothing, so its not improving. Last I heard an automotive chip plant in Malaysia shut down due to covid, so the hits keep coming. There is even some concern Ford could loose best...
