If the gal did not cut into your lane, at that speed you would have hit the car in front of you. I doubt very much that a Braptor can decelerate from 25 mph to zero in one car length safely.
The car you were following slammed on the brakes and you didn't slow down, even before the gal cut in front of you.... IMHO I don't think this is that cut and dry once the insurance company gets ahold of this video.
