This is exactly what I ordered. I'm in southern New England and I'm really considering adding SAS for the 4A or jumping up to Badlands. i'd just prefer the leather, power seats etc as it will be my DD
I think I've pretty much just convinced myself to go OBX Sasquatch.
It'll give me everything I want, all it's missing is disconnect that I honestly don't care about and it splits the difference of OBX Squatch and Badlands with leather.
Oh for sure. I'm talking in my specific use case where the most off roading it will see is light dirt trails, parks and maybe a beach or two. And the only reason I'm considering It is the 4A for unpredictable new England winters.
My OBX order is 2.7v6, mic hard top, 4.2 gear with rear dif locker, aux switches, modular bumper and lux. Comes to 58k or so.
If I jump to Badlands, it's 2.7v6, now paying for auto, lux, mic hard top. Everything else is standard. Comes to just over 63k
Two things really effect this price hike...
According to the ford builder Badlands still comes with 4A without SAS. Only Badlands and Raptor I believe does it still come standard.
OBX definitely requires SAS
Ordered a Carbonized OBX with my deaelr last week. Really contemplating upping the trim to Badlands for the 4A, just donno if it makes sense for my non offroad plans.
I gotta say this stealth PPF you guys are adding realy making me want it.
Well it's a 1k difference if I added SAS to the OBX order. OBX with SAS is 1k more then Badlands without. Originally I had no intentions but now I'm conflicted.
What Jack's the price on the Badlands is the fact Auto is not standard, where it is with OBX.
The disconnect and front locker I don't...
I know this topic has been brought up before but I'm curious if opinions have changed at all since the advanced 4x4 basically isn't available on the majority of 2024 trims unless you get SAS.
I ordered an OBX last week and since I really have no intentions of any offroad except maybe some light...
Order placed: 9/27/2023
Build: OBX 4dr, SAS, Auto/2.7l, Carbonized Gray
Options: Hard Top, Lux, Modular Bumper, Auxilary Switches
I realize I've basically optioned this out. Honestly I'm back and forth daily on changing it to HPR
I'll be trading in a Camaro SS and live in Southern New England...
