  1. Hey guys! Just picked up a new Bronco and have a few questions!

Also regarding your Aux switch question - correct that they go nowhere. They're there for you to add whatever you want to add what you might need a switch for. Roof lights, rock lights, winch, what not. They terminate at the drivers side firewall and each switch has a different rated...
  2. Hey guys! Just picked up a new Bronco and have a few questions!

    1. Ford's web site allows you to view parts. But don't exclude the aftermarket. A lot more and a lot less. EDIT: https://performanceparts.ford.com/vehicle/Bronco 2. Also on Ford's website is the difference between all the editions (Black Diamond, Sasquatch, Wildtrak, etc) 3. It's the...
  3. Two Door Tuesday Lets See Them Two Doors

Aired down on the trail they grab like glue. I was a little concerned about icy roads when I put them on last summer, but now that winter is here they seem to be performing well. Not one 360. But winter is youngšŸ˜‰ So still taking it easy with them on the ice until I build confidence.
  4. Why the Ford Jeep is the Greatest Vehicle Ever Made -- Jay Leno's Garage

"Ya know, if you had one of these, a couple a Hershey bars and some nylons...you were all that" And that still holds true to this day!
  5. Two Door Tuesday Lets See Them Two Doors

The 4 door Bronco is a fine vehicle. People who gravitate toward this model have a grounded, utilitarian attitude about them. They buy it because it's a fine vehicle that can haul goods and kids and what not. A very practical, utilitarian outlook and there's absolutely nothing wrong with...
  6. šŸŽ„ Christmas Giveaway: What's Your Beloved Bronco's Name? šŸŽ

It’s name is ā€œFePonyā€. ā€œFeā€ from the latin Ferreus meaning ā€œof ironā€ (the origin of the chemical symbol on the periodic table) and ā€œPonyā€ because…..well….it’s a Bronco Santa knows that with its 37ā€ tires, beadlock wheels and lockers - even if Rudolph can’t get the job done - he can always...

  10. Damn photo radar

Since this has devolved into a "ridiculous ticket" thread... Last year was following a cop with ACC set. Speed limit was 25. Then changed to 35. Just as we pass the 35MPH sign, cop pulls over, lets me go by, then gets behind me and flips on his lights. The reason for the stop? "Doing...
  11. Testing drone out with Bronco in first big snow

Day after Thanksgiving. Still waiting for the deep snow here.
  12. Question on 37 tires

I’m learning the hard way that between the three inch lift and the weight….I’m getting too old to hoist a 37ā€ tire that high in the air by myself. Used the lift to get it up there. Now I’m just praying I never get a flat.šŸ˜‚

    The Montana Bronco League

under the "scenic drives" category, of course the big ones that almost certainly are already on your list: Going to the Sun road in Glacier Nat'l Park and Yellowstone Park. Lessor known drive and highly recommended for wildlife viewing would be Nat'l Bison Range. Expect to see bison, deer...

    The Montana Bronco League

if you're coming before June - every trail will be a snow run. if summer....look up the original Wild Bill OHV trail up near Kalispell. Fun. But not "tear up your rig" kinda fun
  15. License Plate Light Flicker

I did spray with mass air sensor cleaner - but who knows, maybe WD40's the trick? Dark and snowing right now but I'll go out in the AM and give it a try. Hell, right about now I'd piss on a spark plug if I actually thought it had a chance of working
  16. License Plate Light Flicker

That is correct. Disconnecting drivers side has no visible effect on license plate light. But disconnecting passenger side turns it off completely
  17. License Plate Light Flicker

I can see that maybe working. But I was looking at them more as used in the this video. I just don't know if they would also work for RECONNECTING as well as disconnecting
  18. License Plate Light Flicker

look similar - but these close when squeezed not open. not sure if they are gonna work or not but cheaper (and less embarrassing) than taking it to the dealer over a fricken plug that won’t plug in.
