I agree a lot of these shops are busy and so quote high so they don't get the work!
That is crazy a Ford dealer did for $75 that is a couple hours minimum.
Lucky you that rate is very good and low. I had a small shop quote me $600 install for Eibach stage 2. I have OBX SAS and not sure I want to change. Was yours a SAS and how do you like the Eibach? I had them on my GX460 lifted it 2 inch with the Eibach and it was great on and off road.
You may want to check out Granger Motors, Granger IA they have a bunch of Broncos in stock at or below MSRP and I am sure 2024 will have another price increase. You can get a better value with one of these 2023 models.
I should have added they do add wheel, tire and level package to a lot of...
I like me some Goat Fab! I took a pretty good hit on Poughkeepsie Gulch in CO in September when it had been raining and was slicker than snot! Slid to the right and banged passenger side slider hard and it did a great job saving the paint!
I don't think they were asked about their experience level. There was big white board and name of trail and you put your name down. I talked to one older couple on Hells Gate with no experience and they had not done the easy runs. They have to take some responsibility and find out what they...
Did you book same place for 2024?
I am up for this the Safari groups were too big and slow for me. I did not get much chance to run with you all because I entertained my cousin and her husband in their Jeep Rubicon. It was their first trip to Moab.
I think this was a very big problem; especially novice drivers getting in over their heads! I talked to several older couples that were scared to death on Hells Revenge they had little or no off road experience. They had not done any easy trails so their own fault I guess? One lady told my...
I feel the same way it was very slow and the day I did Hells Gate there was 25plus Broncos, that is a bunch. I was planning to sign up and run a couple days with Safari. I am up for an unofficial get together for sure!
2022 Outer Banks SAS 2.3 Auto and I have 300-400# of steel skids, sliders and so on. Overall I have been happy with mileage, I have easy county road driving to and from my business I get 20-23mpg most tanks. Running 85 mph to and from Moab it got as low as 14-15 mpg with head wind.
We love it out in Ouray area; I probably like Moab better for the wheeling but wife likes Ouray better. My wife and I will be out over Labor Day Sept 3rd-8th also my cousin will us in their Jeep Rubicon. If any Bronco are around would love to meet and wheel a pass or two; let me know??
