    I’m English and like driving big Trucks . That’s Stereotyping us . like saying Americans can’t drive a Stick shift. Which happened to be about 70% of the ones I’ve met? That’s why ford isn’t pushing the manual transmission ?

    I’m not sure I’d believe that about the Destination fees . Dealerships get charged that from the manufacturer. I’d ask to have that in writing.
