At least the 04-09 4runners "4high" was really "4auto". Allowed to run on dry pavement.
For my purposes I will not buy a vehicle without the ability to run 4auto. Grew up in snow country, it is tremendously useful.
Big bend vs BD to me is based on 4 auto availability (without sasquatch) and...
I'm not a top completely off guy, in fact I'd be happy with a fixed top. That said, I think the MIC Grey is wonderful. All plastics fade anyways and this will mitigate that (already faded :) )
Yeah there is definitely one out there. Remember reading about it on here somewhere. They 'designed' it for Truck applications so theoretically it was fitting under skid plates even though it was increased capacity.
I think the plastic pan is actually fine, it was more of a seal or leak - i...
Unfortunately (or fortunately) - arguments both ways - this tech is here to stay.
I think it will take some time before commonplace use of auto telemetry to affect your daily life or driving habits (speed limited in some areas, used in every auto crash) but it is certainly used in some...
There seems to be some level of texture across these seats.
The pictures on the Bronco MGV appear to be very smooth and not textured possibly allowing more 'stickiness' even though its not old school vinyl. That's my biggest concern outside the color options. They need a light gray MGV.
I'm...
Side note why is the 2.7 less prone to carbon buildup compared to the 2.3?
I remember carbon buildup was a big thing when DI engines first came out (BMW, Audi, etc) but doesn't seem to be much of a deal recently. Especially for those that have concurrent port injection.
No rock crawling here.
Big bend + steel bumper/prerunner hoop + auto + auto 4wd + maybe 2.7. Or maybe black diamond if cheaper in the end. Not totally sold on the vinyl seats yet.
I think some concerns are valid, but others not so much. True 'off-road' enthusiasts make such a small percentage of buyers these big manufacturers don't seem to care. Sure on a large site like this you have a lot of manual buyers, but on the JL Forums, very few manual owners 2 years after...
Big bend, awd t case, automatic
I will be considering something along those lines with steel bumper and stinger for a daily to replace a grand cherokee.
I do love the factory bull bar / steel bumper option. Just need something that can take a deer strike and still make it home...Fully understand damage will always occur.
Also interested in details on 4 auto case.
Also does the Bronco engage IWE via vacuum like the F150? Never even heard of this (Grand cherokee owner). Seemed plagued with problems for a bit on the F150 forums.
Fuel tank capacity.
I am loving the Bronco as an alternative to purchasing a new...
