Hey 1997 was a great year!
I agree about the shade but I don't think that's a bad thing, I like a classic dark green. I think this would be beautiful with Roast interior.
The dark green was VERY popular in that year though, so it is hard to not associate it with that time period.
I changed once from Priority Code 99 to a buildable order. If I didn't know my January 2021 reservation means I will wind up with a 2022 model, I would likely be changing it again.
I am torn between 2dr Basequatch vs 2dr Black/roast fabric Lux OutSquatch, both 2.7. I ordered the OutSquatch...
Great analysis OP. I was torn between 2dr Basequatch vs OutSquatch with Lux. I ordered a 2dr 2.7 black/roast cloth OutSquatch with Lux, roof rack, Aux, towing.
However, as a January 2021 reservation this doesn't seem like a commitment because I know my order will be a MY22. Choosing the $50k...
I used this paint last summer on old previously painted cabinets from the 1920s (which I spent a month sanding and prepping). very easy to work with, it has mostly held up well so far but there was a bit of sticking and a chip on the inset cabinet frame right away. Probably my fault for not...
Exciting (for me) update, I took a tape measure to the inside of the parking garage I'll need to access with my Bronco and it measured 82" at the lowest point where a light was hanging down. I can Squatch in there!!
I did!!! I finally switched from "priority code 99" to order a black/roast cloth 2.7 2dr OutSquatch yesterday. I didn't reserve until late January, so I expect to be pushed to '22, but am glad to have a horse in the race before March 19th. Only concern is whether this truck will fit in the 1960s...
Like I considered below, I decided to jump in before the March 19th deadline and switch my "Priority Code 99/waiting for '22" order with Chapman to a buildlable 2dr 2.7 OutSquatch. @DealerInsider made it super fast and easy! Many thanks Tom!!!!
I know my late reservation and options likely mean...
Thanks for this suggestion. I was thinking about trying to take a rental vehicle into the garage but your idea is even better. I keep trying to determine if the 78.9" measurement you just posted above includes the antenna. That sounds really high.
If it does, I think I might be able to squeeze...
Does the height include the antenna maybe?
If a 2-dr Squatch is really only 6'4" that's great news for me.
If the antenna is what makes it the full "78.9"" I will risk it hitting the garage roof.
