My blend and production date was 8/5 for my soft top base. Modules populated 8/5. WiFi enabled, but no other updates. How can I tell if it’s built? Dealer has no info unfortunately.

I have a softie base with a 8/5 blend and its been in production since 8/5. Lots of other soft tips have updated to built and shipped and mine is still stuck. Dealer and customer service can only see what we see, in production. The only thing I have is a 2.7, but again I’ve seen 2.7 soft tops...

Ridiculous

Communication would be amazing. I’m a softie base. There should be no reason I’ve been in production for 10+ days. If it’s because they are waiting to fill up a rail car, then just communicate with the dealer or the customer. It really isn’t that difficult.

I was able to change color after a vin. Not sure about the top.

Maybe they are making progress. Still no movement on my base softie from 8/5. Dealer says they don’t know it hasn’t updated to built or shipped yet.

I’m not entirely sure. It’s seems to be the last step before it’s built/shipped. At least it’s the last step that we all can find online.
