Figure about 50% (if not way more) of those reservations drop out, whether due to cold feet, changing financial circumstances, or as a lot of people have been doing on here, doubling up on reservations. Still an impressive feat for Ford, but I doubt they'll have the retention rate a lot of...
I'm a simple guy, I've always been pretty easy to please when it comes to features, where I'm a stickler is driving dynamics, performance and styling. The only convenience feature I look for on new cars is Apple Carplay, if its got that and I like the way it looks/drives then I'm set.
Really doesn't look like XPlan is worth using on the base 2 door. I mean $164 is $164 but to either buy Ford stock or sign up for a Mustang Club membership doesn't make all that much sense to me. My question is, what happens when you add on options/accessories, do they discount those separately?
The way I see it, if that picture of the 4 door seats folded down is how the 2 door is going to be, I'm more than ok with that. And any kind of 4 inch incline or step down or whatever doesn't make much of a difference to me. The seats are flat and thats what matters.
I drove a last gen 2 door Wrangler with a manual at the dealership I worked at and hated every second of it. I hope and pray that Ford has better clutch feel and a much shorter throw than the Jeep.
Was listed under the base model as a standard feature as well. That along with that pull out table accessory should make this a good football tailgate vehicle.
Its still so early to tell for me. I'm in full blown obsession mode right now, but I have severe car ADD which causes me to change my mind all the time, although I have a feeling I'll be on the Bronco bandwagon till the time comes and they're at dealers. But we'll see.
In the mean time the...
Thank goodness, I don’t need much from my cars, but Apple CarPlay is a must nowadays for me. My last 2 cars have had it and I don’t think I could downgrade now.
Theres a way to make it regular cruise control on my Acura, I'm sure its the same on the Bronco. I'm sure there will be an off button for all that stuff.
On the Ford official website under the safety tab of the specs, it says that Ford Co-Pilot 360 is standard, which would mean things like blind spot monitoring and adaptive cruise would be standard.
I need to get in touch and see where I am on their list. Probably pretty far back considering I did my reservation yesterday. Didn't think to ask when I was on the phone yesterday.
Gaming, building and hopefully drifting my AE86 soon. Most anything else surrounding cars. I used to ride quads and a little bit of dirt bikes in the desert when I was younger so maybe the Bronco can get me back out there.
Did anyone get a screenshot of the antimatter blue or rapid red base 2 door? I'm between those 2 and the white and luckily someone already saved the white.
