According to my tracker I’ve been in production since 8/5. The assumption is there is some quality issue with the soft tops that are not getting shipped. What those issues are is anyone’s guess at this point.

I agree that Ford needs to do better. I don’t understand why they can’t just tell us why they are being held.

I called customer service and they just said production can take up to 8 weeks. My dealer hasn’t been able to provide any insight either.

I’ve been driving a dealer demo for a week. It randomly does this also. It’s a base and doesn’t have a auto feature that I have seen.

Mine updated to eligible over two weeks ago and I’m still showing in production. So I’m not sure it means anything.

I agree. There is a reason some of us haven’t shipped.

4 Door Base 2.7 Velocity Blue Blend, production and module date was 8/5 Haven’t had any updates since.

I’m an 8/5 blend. So they weren’t doing something right that day either.
