I just got mine approved to be fixed by Ford. Took about 2 months going back and forth because my dealer doesn't have a body shop. I had to take it to another dealership it's been a pain but hopefully it's fixed soon. It all has to do with alignment of the door.

I have on my black diamond 2 door I love them. It helps people getting in and not scuffing up the car. Taking off front of hardtop is easier too to step up and pull em off. I would recommend buying them been on for 4 months no issues.

Oh man that's not acceptable they told you that. No car should be like sorry here is a can of paint apply regularly. I would put in a case with Ford and see if another dealership will fix it. Does your dealership have an auto body shop?

Thanks for the help @soldier989 this seems way to common of an issue for @Ford Motor Company not to tell the dealers how to fix this.

I reported it day one to my dealer they sent to a body shop twice now are saying they dont know what to do. The issue was fixed but has now resurfaced. Just want to tell them what to do.

How are the doors adjusted to fix this @soldier989 ?

Do you have the threads couldn't find anything. No never lean on them it came day one from the factory like this. Dealer fixed it but issue came back.

Warning check your door sill and door. I have a 2023 Ford Bronco 2 door. The drivers side door is hitting the frame as it closes. It came from the factory like this. The paint is coming off the door and the frame of the car. Eventually this will cause rusting. Took to my dealer they tried to fix...

Thanks for the help. Do you know if turning the EQ off sounds better with the fusion amp I saw ragnarkon had a kicked amp which is why he turned off the EQ.
