You may not need it before the switch deadline, but many of us do.
As for bothering Ford reps, seems like this could've been done before launch. If not, they could've delayed launch til now.
Like it or not, it's not a good look for them.
I was looking at Rangers back in the Spring, right before lockdown.
Alan Vigil had all sorts of stupid ADMs on the Ranger, and they said they wouldn't budge on them, FWIW.
No need to switch just yet, as there is time. But, I think many of us in GA will likely being making the change and...
I have mine with Pugmire in Cartersville. They said no ADM, and will do xplan. I asked about invoice or better, and sent them a link to Granger. I haven't heard back yet. They said they'd reach back out after B&P becomes active. Told them there'd be 100 or more that would come their way if...
I passed last black friday, and ended up buying a refurb unit from amazon. you can turn the service on or off, so you don't have to pay if there will be a spell when you're not using it. You can't call, but you can send SOS or text messages.
It's a long ways off before we have our first Bronco "Trek thru the Mountains", and you all may already know this, but I'd recommend getting an InReach device before you wander off into the mountains. No cell service in many places up there, so having a lifeline might be a good idea. You may...
TBH, about the only the only time i would take the top off might be in the fall or spring on USFS roads in the mountains. Can't see driving around town topless. Too much noise, traffic, unpredictable idiots in other vehicles, and road debris. Besides the fact that it's hot.
I reserved a Black Diamond, but am now thinking I'll buy the Badlands.
Bash plates are good for stuff besides rock crawling. Depending on where you go, there's always a chance of debris and such, tree branches you don't see, a random rock, or, in some cases, even drainage pipes crossing the...
Actually a pretty old thread, but I hadn't seen it until now. Shows the 2/4 door colors pretty well. The links don't work anymore, but there are some ideas there anyways.
I have really only purchased black on black vehicles. I had an X5 that black on tan, but the rest are black/black. I was going to buy a gunmetal gray Ranger a few months ago, but waited to see the Bronco, and to see how bad the COVID recession was going to be. So, carbonized or black it will be.
Depending on what you're doing while you're here, you can always move to the mountains in GA, where it's a little cooler in the summer.
Plenty of nice places in North Georgia.
