    It has to do with the angle of the windshield. in Most cars the windshield is angled enough to deflect rocks and take a lighter hit to the glass.

    What I have noticed is the "start chat" button is finicky with certain browsers. I can only get to chat by using Edge browser. It doesn't work on Chrome for me. Try a different browser.

    What do ya know. Delayed again on convoy... 3/21 build week. built 3/23. original eta 4/4 then 4/11 then 4/14 and now.... 4/29. Over two weeks delayed after sitting on the mountain for 3 weeks. No one gets to complain about train shipping now.. lol I wish I could get it on a train..

    I did Ford chat last week and they told 4/4 expected delivery. I wanted to follow up with them today but when I go to https://www.ford.com/help/contact/ I don't see a chat button anywhere. I'm either lost or the button is missing. ugh

    right click the background of the palsapp website. click inspect. ctrl+f, type vin. Delete whats highlighted in the photo and hit enter.

    I'd love to know the same thing. I have the fordpass for my explorer so I knew I could track the location with the app. It failed because you have to accept the connection physically from the vehicle. So Im having a hard time believing it..
