That thread hole issue just happened to me on one of the pak rax arms... Threaded in fine until I hit some resistance so tried to back it out and it was stuck then broke the bolt inside the threads.... Sent them an email, hopefully I can get sorted as well...

Key works well. Dont know if it will bring the rears to life. Regardless of countless threads...its not pushing the same signal as it will to the front. However what also helped me was adding an under front seat powered sub. World of difference now with new speakers all round and the KEY and sub.

Echo above statements.... Soft top holds in heat and I can talk on the phone while driving at any speed. Noise is not an issue. And top all the way back in the summer is pretty amazing. I am looking toward a hardtop just to carry stuff on the roof and build it out more overland...also...
