Sorry you've had to deal with that terrible situation, hope that you can refi and that your Bronco is everything you wanted it to be - even if you have to discover some of the features on your own.
When we put in the reservations there was no mention of Dealer Allocation. Attached file is the reservation FAQ page from October of 2020, no mention of DA. First mention was in December of 2020 in an email. They made us line up and then forgot us.
