Yeah - audis and VWs used to come with 3 - 2 flip keys and 1 "valet" key that physically unlocked the door and ignition only, but not glovebox, trunk. Not sure if that is still the case.

Really sad to hear about these later day300ish motors having issues. I thought I was in the clear at 21-340 AA motor....
