I wasn't getting any emails and called customer service (800-334-4375), they looked and apparently I had opted out (I had not, but they opted me out). They changed that setting and I have gotten this type of email again.

Thanks for the offer, I'm sure someone that missed out on Cyber Orange would probably be interested. I'll stick with mine or go with plan B. I've bought five new vehicles from my dealer since 1997, last one was a Ranger in May of 2019. Hadn't had a bad experience with this dealer until now.
