My wife hates ground camping. I am going to 100% get one of those fancy trailers you see overlanders use because it has all the creature comforts she will enjoy. A overlanding tent on top of the 2-door Bronco. That's not a ton of real-estate. I know some have leg braces to extend further out but...
Still not happy about him not coming out and just straight up apologizing. I'd let it go if he had. Instead he chose to insult and be arrogant about it. The man has no credibility in my eyes.
Also I have been trying to get more information from Ford on Instagram and Twitter. Been messaging...
If there isn't something from Ford there will be through aftermarket. Might not be what you want to hear... but if it's a problem the aftermarkets pretty good at coming up with a solution.
I don't even understand why they would make them concept only. A disclaimer about them being intended for off-road and Ford not being liable is about all they would have to say. Its not like its a million dollar concept that they can't sell...
Idk if youre being serious, but it doesn't surprise me one bit if you aren't. I know they can be bought elsewhere through aftermarket ... but at this point I am starting to think in December were all going to be told the entire Bronco is a concept vehicle and its not available.
I have not got a single email from Ford after my reservation confirmation. No Bronco birthday email, no Bronco event email, no reservation update email, no survey. Ford Canada is not sending out anything to any reservation holders in Canada. Period. We also do not get a dealership change.
I'm not paying $5000 because I want a heated steering wheel. It might not be easy for YOU, but there are plenty of people who learn to do this themselves. With the internet the ability to do this yourself is more viable than not.
There's videos out there. I know it's for an F-150 but this is just an example. If you want the heated Steering wheel, buy it through Ford and install it yourself. Or see what labor to install it would cost. Decide wether it's worth the time vs cost.
I am very unhappy with the lack of answers from Ford. This isn't 1999. Most of us here know more than the dealerships. The fact that Ford can't answer questions from reservation holders this close to order time is beyond unprofessional.
Tagging @Granger Ford to maybe get some insight.
