Good luck enforcing that GM. Courts do not generally support these type of clauses unless included in the overall warranty contract language. As an addendum GM would struggle legally enforcing this. That said… who want to go to court vs. GM. They’ll drag it out and drown you in legal fees.

I’ll clarify: Ford raised the MSRP and if your vehicle doesn’t have a VIN and window sticker assigned it’s likely to be subject to the increase. The dealer may have committed to selling at MSRP, not a chance they sell anything under the MSRP of your window sticker if it increases.
