Hopefully just a glitch in the matrix and that means itās en route or will be shortly (or itās there because clearly your salesperson is dense š).
I had a feeling when my regressed to āconfirmedā something had changed and a couple days later it showed āshippedā two days prior.
@Pieman has received theirs. If you scroll back through this thread others have had theirs delivered to dealers, but unsure if theyāve been picked up yet.
Only to the point where Iāve read through the ordering/tracking tread on how to do it and it kind of sounds like a lot of work. š
Iām actually not in a hurry and probably wonāt pick it up until March (I have 30 days from arrival to pick it up at Granger)
Got an update overnight mine was shipped on Sat. Previous to this, the tracker did that glitch where it went back to āOrder Confirmedā status. Headed to Granger via rail, so weāll see how long it takes. š
Here is a thread on the differences if you haven't seen it along with the PDF from Ford. Most of the changes came in '25.
2026 MY Changes
I'm getting the Black Appearance Package with painted hardtop. I couldn't see myself buying a MIC with all the problems I've seen here and are still popping...
Honestly, beyond those, I'm not sure. There are a couple different options, like the different Sasquatch wheels and of course the 60th anniversary package, off the top of my head.
For sure. Canāt hurt to look. As far as I can tell, there are few differences between the ā25 and ā26 MYās outside of color choices. I almost ordered a ā25 last year but didnāt love any of the color offerings. Avalanche Iāve always liked so thatās what I went with for a ā26.
All the dealers in my area (SW Michigan) wonāt budge on prices. I donāt know if Iām a terrible negotiator or I have sucker written on my forehead, but itās ridiculous.
I looked into a ā24 last summer because I LOVE Race Red. Came real close to buying one but it turned into a shitshow. In fact...
Well, I ordered from Granger. So Iām technically closer to the truck today than when it gets delivered to the dealer. š Itās ok, Iām in no hurry. š
As general info, I received my order confirmation on 10/27, it was scheduled on 11/13 (got my VIN then) for the week of 1/19, and built on 2/3 and now waiting to be shipped. So 2-3 months seems accurate (not including shipping obviously).
Yea, being ours are some of the first off the line, I was anticipating some delays for things like this.
I guess if thereās an issue, better to address it now than we have to deal with it later. It could just precautionary too. But Iām just guessing here too.
I applause your optimism about a V8. š¤£
Many years ago I lived in Livonia off Plymouth Rd. There is a Roush facility there and they had rows and rows of Jeep Cherokees waiting on a fix. Guy I knew worked there at the time and had told me that.
Anyway, hopefully itās minor or nothing at all!
As Iāve understood it in the past, theyāll take vehicles to an offsite location if it needs further inspection or repairs. And if I remember correctly, Roush had done work like that in the past. Not what you want to hear, but take that info with a grain of salt as well.
I fired up my app, but...
Youāre going to have to ask yourself what is more important. More money or quick sell.
More money will likely be via private sale, but it takes time and the truck being financed adds a significant amount of work.
Dealer or used car lot (Carvana, etc.) will be the fastest and least hassle.
I...
