    Just curious if maybe you had hit the door lock button before unplugging the doors, maybe it changes things. Something to try!

    Looking at it closer, seems it could be a flaw in the seal having too much stress at that point. It was only 65º and drizzling this morning, so my bad for assuming heat. It was not there however as of 7 pm yesterday. and not driven in between. Like ol' Gus Grissom said "It just blew".
